With decades of accumulated manufacturing experience, TMS combines traditional metal forming know-how with modern CNC-controlled production technologies.

We support industrial customers from drawing review and process planning to tooling, prototyping and serial production. Our production approach is based on selecting the most suitable forming method for each part, considering geometry, material, tolerance, surface quality and production quantity.

Our main manufacturing capabilities include CNC metal spinning, hot spinning / thermal assisted forming, deep drawing and forming operations, trimming, beading, flanging, tooling and fixture design, robotic MIG/MAG welding and assembly.

TMS produces custom metal components for various industrial sectors including HVAC, ventilation, lighting, food service equipment, machinery, decorative metal parts and technical industrial components.

For difficult-to-form materials and demanding geometries, TMS also applies thermal assisted spinning methods. This allows improved material flow and better forming stability in selected stainless steel, aluminium and special alloy applications.
