Custom Productions

From Drawing to Delivery

TMS provides complete custom production solutions for customer-specific metal components, from drawing review and process planning to tooling, prototyping and serial production.

Every custom part requires the right production route. We evaluate the geometry, material, tolerance requirements, surface expectations and production quantity, then define the most practical manufacturing method for the project.

From Drawing, 3D File or Sample

Customers can send us technical drawings, 3D files, sketches, photos or physical samples. Our engineering team reviews the part and evaluates the most suitable production approach.

When needed, we can also support projects where the available information is limited and the production method must be developed step by step.

Process Evaluation

For each custom part, we analyze the geometry and production requirements before starting the tooling or sample stage. Depending on the part, the production route may include CNC metal spinning, thermal assisted spinning, deep drawing, trimming, beading, flanging, welding, calibration or a combination of these methods.

Our aim is to select a process that is technically reliable, repeatable and suitable for the required production quantity.

Tooling and Fixture Development

Tooling is one of the key stages of custom production. TMS designs and manufactures spinning mandrels, forming tools, trimming fixtures, calibration tools and special production aids according to the part geometry and production target.

This allows us to control the process from the first sample stage to serial production.

Prototype and Sample Production

Before serial production, TMS can produce prototypes or sample parts for dimensional, functional and visual evaluation. This stage helps verify the production method, tooling concept and final part quality.

If necessary, the process can be adjusted after sample evaluation before moving to serial production.

Serial Production

After the sample approval stage, TMS prepares the production process for repeatable serial manufacturing. Our production setup allows us to work on small batches, medium-volume orders and recurring production requirements.

We focus on stable process control, consistent quality and practical delivery planning.

Finished Components and Assemblies

Custom production is not limited to forming only. When required, TMS can also perform secondary operations such as edge trimming, beading, flanging, calibration, welding and assembly.

This allows us to deliver parts that are ready for final use or ready for integration into the customer’s own product.

Typical Application Areas

TMS produces custom metal components for various industrial applications, including:
