Technical Capabilities

TMS provides practical metal forming solutions by combining CNC metal spinning, thermal assisted forming, deep drawing, trimming, beading, flanging, tooling and robotic welding capabilities.

Our strength is not limited to a single production method. For each part, we evaluate the geometry, material, tolerance, surface requirements and production quantity, then select the most suitable manufacturing route.

CNC Metal Spinning

CNC metal spinning is one of the core capabilities of TMS. We produce rotational metal components such as cones, cylinders, domes, covers, reflectors, housings, diffusers and custom technical parts.

Our CNC-controlled spinning process allows repeatable production for prototypes, small batches and serial manufacturing. Depending on the application, we work with aluminium, stainless steel, brass, copper and other formable metal materials.

Thermal Assisted Spinning

For difficult-to-form materials and demanding geometries, TMS applies thermal assisted spinning methods. Controlled local heating improves material flow, reduces forming instability and helps achieve more reliable results in selected stainless steel, aluminium and special alloy applications.

This capability is especially useful for parts where standard cold forming methods may lead to cracking, excessive springback or unstable material behaviour.

Deep Drawing and Forming

TMS also applies deep drawing and forming operations when they offer a more efficient or suitable production route. In many projects, deep drawing, pre-forming and CNC spinning can be combined to reach the final geometry with better process stability and cost efficiency.

This approach allows us to select the most practical method instead of forcing every part into a single process.

Trimming, Beading and Flanging

Formed parts often require secondary operations to become ready for assembly or final use. TMS performs trimming, edge correction, beading, flanging and calibration operations according to the part requirements.

These operations help achieve accurate edges, functional profiles and consistent final dimensions.

Tooling and Fixture Design

Tooling is a critical part of every metal forming project. TMS designs and manufactures spinning mandrels, forming tools, trimming fixtures, calibration tools and custom production aids according to the geometry and production target of each part.

Our tooling approach is focused on practical production, repeatability and long-term usability.

Robotic Welding and Assembly

For projects requiring joined or assembled components, TMS provides robotic MIG/MAG welding and assembly capabilities. This allows us to deliver not only formed parts, but also welded and assembled sub-components when required.

This capability is especially useful for HVAC, ventilation, lighting, food service equipment and industrial component applications.
